I’ve just finished restoring a GREAT bunch of top quality vintage handsaws! You don’t find tools like this at WalMart!

Disston D-8 “thumbhole” handle #1. This is an early 1920s vintage Disston D-8 rip saw with the super scarce 2 handed “thumbhole” handle. This saw has a beefy 26″ blade at 5 1/2 tpi rip with a 100% readable etch. The handle has been treated to a fresh, old school linseed oil finish.

Disston D-8 “thumbhole” handle #2. This is a late 1910s version of the same saw as listed above except with a beautiful cherry poly finish on the handle!

Disston No. 7. This is an 1890s Disston No. 7 rip saw with a 26″ blade, 6 tpi, and a beautifully finished apple wood handle.

Disston D-7 pair. This is a matched pair of WWII vintage Disston D-7
saws. One is a 26″ 8 tpi crosscut and the other is a 26″ 6 tpi rip saw. Both
saws have bright, 100% readable etches and fresh, old school linseed oil
finishes. A super matched pair of saws!

$30 ea or $50 for the pair

Keystone K-4 “Airmaster”. This is a Keystone K-4 “Airmaster” (made by Disston) crosscut saw. This saw has a 20″ panel saw blade and medium fine 10 tpi. This WWII vintage saw has a near perfect etch featuring a B-17 bomber on it. The handle has about 90% of its original finish.

Simonds No.10 “Star and Moon”. This is a rare 1901 Simonds No. 10 rip saw with the “star and moon” Simonds logo. This saw has a super clean 26″ blade and 6 1/2 tpi. Most of these saws left around don’t have any etch left, this one has a bright, 100% perfect etch. The handle has been refinished with an old school linseed oil finish and a protective acrylic clearcoat. A scarce example of a great saw!

Keen Kutter 816. This is an E.C. Simmons Keen Kutter 816 saw. This saw has a 24″ blade, 10 tpi, and a gorgeous wheat carved handle with 100% of its original finish. The etch on the blade is faint but still mostly readable. Definitely a great saw!

Disston 1 man crosscut saw. This is a 36″ Disston 1 man crosscut saw in the “perforated lance tooth” pattern. The blade is extremely clean with lots of length in the teeth, had about 50% of the etch readable, and has been cleaned, sharpened, and set. The handle has been cleaned and refinished with an old school linseed oil finish, just the way it would have been back in the day. A great looking and quality tool!
